InstantKeys provides digital Microsoft Office lifetime keys for Windows. Because keys are delivered electronically, refunds are limited once a key has been issued.
Replacement support
Where eligible, we may replace a key that cannot be activated after you have followed our setup guide and contacted support with your order reference.

- Complete the 3-step setup guide in your email.
- Contact us with your order ID and a screenshot of any error.
